Good Beginnings of the Upper Valley matches a trained volunteer with a family for a period of at least three months, generally after children are born. Each week the volunteer goes to the family's home for a few hours to offer help wherever it is needed—respite child care, light chores, links to community resources, or simply for adult conversation!
