More Appointment Information

You do not need a referral to schedule a consultation with our team, but please review your health insurance coverage before calling for an appointment.

To ensure you receive the best care, surgeons are assigned based on who is the most appropriate to treat your individual needs. When you call, the scheduling secretary will provide you with the location of your appointment since our doctors are located in several offices throughout DHMC. You will also receive a reminder appointment letter in the mail notifying you of the date, time, and location of your appointment.
