| The physician members of this team are subspecialists, having earned extra education and training in obstetrics, internal medicine, genetics, and ultrasound. A member of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine team is on call 24 hours a day to support physicians and midwives at DHMC and around the region. Our team often cares for women in partnership with community physicians and midwives.
