To schedule an appointment, call (603) 653-9306 to reach the High-Risk Obstetrics team, or (603) 653-6025 for the Prenatal Diagnosis team. Or, you may be referred to the High-Risk Pregnancy group by your prenatal care team.

Patients in southern New Hampshire can access Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Prenatal Diagnosis services at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Nashua.

Location

  • The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is located on Level 5 in the Doctors Office Building at DHMC Lebanon. Patients can park in the nearby parking garage. Map to Level 5. (PDF)

  • Some procedures and tests—such as ultrasound—may take place in the Radiology Department, in 3S. Map to Level 3 (PDF). Your prenatal care provider will tell you if you need to go to the Radiology Department.

Your first appointment

Depending upon your medical history, your first appointment may include:

Your first appointment may take as long at three hours. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so you have time to register and complete medical questionnaires.

Non-DHMC patients

  • If you are receiving prenatal care from a place other than DHMC or the Community Health Center (Buck Road), we must have a copy of all of your prenatal records and any other important medical information before your first appointment.

Cost of our services

  • Many insurance companies cover most of the services we provide. Some insurance companies require that you have a referral from another doctor before visiting specialists such as those in the High-Risk Pregnancy team. Please check with your insurance company to see if you need a referral before your first appointment.
