Curriculum
The mission of the Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship Program is to train fellows to be independently functioning, talented, board-certified neurophysiologists who diagnose and competently care for patients with neuromuscular disorders, sleep disturbances, and other neurological disorders. The care given by these fellows will be compassionate and all-encompassing.
Fellows will be able to perform and interpret the following neurophysiologic testing:
- Electroencephalography
- Evoked potentials
- EEG monitoring
- Intraoperative monitoring
- Nerve conduction studies
- Electromyography
- Autonomic nervous system testing
- Sleep studies
- Other specialized testing
Fellows will go through the following rotations during their year here:
- Electromyography and nerve conduction studies
- Sleep medicine
- Clinical epilepsy
- Evoked potentials and intraoperative monitoring
- Autonomic nervous system
- EEG
- Neuromuscular clinical, including neuropathology
