Urgent care during office hours

  • If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest Emergency Department. Note: Managed care patients should contact their insurance company within 24 hours of an Emergency Department visit.
  • If your health issue is not life-threatening, call (603) 653-9500 (DHMC) or (603) 650-1070 (Dartmouth-Hitchcock • Lyme) so we can evaluate your condition. We may schedule an office visit, or make arrangements for you to go directly to the Emergency Department at DHMC.

Urgent care after office hours

  • If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest Emergency Department.
  • If your condition is not life-threatening, please call (603) 653-9500 (DHMC) or (603) 650-1070 (Dartmouth-Hitchcock • Lyme). A physician is on-call at night and on weekends to evaluate urgent health issues.
