The Upper Valley Memory Center, The Dartmouth Centers for Health & Aging, and the New Hampshire Alzheimer’s Association Form a Unique Partnership to Support Persons with Serious Memory Disorders in the Upper Valley After months of careful planning, a new partnership has been created between the Upper Valley Memory Center, the Dartmouth Centers for Health and Aging, and the New Hampshire Alzheimer’s Association. As a result of this unique relationship, a variety of new programs and services for individuals with memory disorders, and for their caregivers, will be made available beginning this fall. |
