Beneficiary Arrangements

Naming DHMC as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy or retirement account is a simple way to make a future donation while maintaining control of your assets during your life.

You may choose to allocate a specific dollar amount or a certain percentage of the policy or account balance to DHMC. As with any gift, you may choose to benefit a specific program or service or you may allow you gift to be used on an unrestricted basis.
