Class 1, 2, and 3 FAA Physicals
| Dr. Carolyn Murray is Board-certified in Occupational Medicine and is an Aviation Medical Examiner. Dr. Murray performs Class 1, 2, and 3 physicals. Dr. Jay Buckey is an Aviation Medical Examiner, was a flight Surgeon in the Air Force Reserve, and flew as a Payload Specialist on board the STS-90 Space Shuttle flight.
