To make an appointment at the ALS Clinic, if you are not already a patient, you will need to be referred by a neurologist, after diagnosis. Our neurologists are Dr. Jeffrey Cohen, Dr. Brent Harris, and Dr. Elijah Stommel. Existing patients can make an appointment by calling (603) 650-5104.
ALS Clinic Information
Date: Second Wednesday of every month
Hours: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Location: Reception 5C
Patients are seen at other times of the month as well, but the ALS Clinic brings together the multi-specialty team one afternoon per month.
ALS Social/Support Group
Date: Second Wednesday of every month
Hours: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Location: Reception 5C
Patients, families, and friends of patients are invited to attend the group. You do not need to have a clinic appointment to attend.
