Stephen Atwood, MD Stephen Atwood, MD is the former Regional Advisor for Health and Nutrition at the UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Regional Office in Bangkok, Thailand. He is presently an Associate Professor of Global Health, Faculty of Public Health, Thammasat University in Bangkok and Director of Public Health Solutions, Ltd., an international public health consultancy based in Hong Kong.

Madge Buus-Frank, MS, APRN Madge Buus-Frank, MS, APRN currently practices as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at The Children's Hospital at Dartmouth where she holds a clinical faculty position as Instructor in Pediatrics at Dartmouth Medical School. Her research interests include neonatal nurse practitioner (NNP) role development and evaluation, NNP workforce issues, and familycentered care.

George Little, MD George Little, MD is a Professor of Pediatrics at Dartmouth Medical School and is a clinically active neonatologist. He has served as a consultant in Egypt and Sub-Saharan Africa, and has a long-term and continuing involvement with Dartmouth efforts in Kosovo (Foundation for Healthy Mothers and Babies). He is presently the Task Force Co-Chair of Helping Babies Breathe, a curriculum development and implementation effort of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Jeffrey Sturchio, PhD Jeffrey Sturchio, PhD is President and CEO of the Global Health Council (GHC) headquartered in Washington, DC and White River Junction, VT, The GHC is the world's largest membership alliance of public health organizations and professionals (in 140 countries on six continents) dedicated to saving lives by improving health throughout the world.
