How to Find Us
Updated November 19, 2009
Our offices are receiving a very high volume of phone calls about both H1N1 (Swine Flu) and Seasonal Flu vaccine. Please read this information carefully to find answers to many of your questions.
H1N1 (Swine Flu) Vaccine Update:
With increased supplies of H1N1 vaccine now available in New Hampshire, the state has expanded the eligibility to receive the vaccine. DHMC is required to follow NH state distribution guidelines. Currently we are directly contacting established patients who fit the following criteria to come in for their vaccination:
- Pregnant women
- All children from 6 months – 4 years old.
- Persons caring for or living with infants less than 6 months old (Including partners of pregnant women).
- Ages 5 through 24 with underlying medical conditions.
- Healthcare workers and EMS with direct patient contact.
For any healthy, non-pregnant individual age 2-49 in the selected target groups listed above, intranasal vaccine is the only vaccine available¸ unless that product is not medically indicated.
As additional vaccine becomes available in the coming months, we will be able to vaccinate more people. Thank you for understanding
Seasonal Flu Vaccine
- Seasonal flu vaccine is available through DHMC primary care and specialty care providers. Please contact your provider to schedule an appointment.
- No additional weekend public seasonal flu shot clinics are scheduled at this time.
Please check back often for updated information.
