Urgent Care and Emergencies

During office hours (M-F 8-5, Saturday 9-noon)

If you have a life-threatening emergency, go directly to the Emergency Department at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC). Note: Managed care patients should contact their insurance company within 24 hours of an Emergency Department visit.
If your health issue is not life-threatening, call the Community Health Center at (603) 650-4000 so we can evaluate your condition. We may schedule an office visit, or make arrangements for you to go directly to the Emergency Department at DHMC.

After office hours
