Billing questions

Contact Patient Accounts Customer Service at (800) 368-4783 or (603) 653-1047, or at patient.accounts@hitchcock.org. We would be happy to answer any question you have about your bill. Important: DO NOT send credit card information via email.

Compliments and complaints

Contact Patient Relations at (603) 650-4429 for any compliments or concerns about the care you have received from a doctor, nurse or any other staff at DHMC. You can also email them at patient-relations@blitz.hitchcock.org.

General (non-medical) questions

Email answers@hitchcock.org. Your messages are answered 9 am to 4 pm Mondays through Fridays. We will do our best to answer your questions within 48 hours, but in some cases it may take longer.

Please do not ask for medical advice via email. If you have a medical question, please contact your primary care provider.
