Since Customer Service Call Center wait times can be lengthy, we encourage you to use the email address above to contact us about your account status and to update any insurance and personal information changes. When emailing, please include the following:

  • Patient's Name
  • Patient's Medical Record Number/Account Number
  • Patient's Date of Birth
  • Description of the Issue

Please note: This email address does not provide a secure method for sending credit card information.  Please DO NOT include credit or debit card information when sending email to the Patient Accounts' address.
