Do you have a question or concern?
Speak to your nurse, doctor, or any other staff member if you have questions about the care you or a family member received at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, or if you are concerned about safety. You can also speak with a patient relations specialist, staff specially trained to help patients and families with concerns.
Patient Relations Specialists are available to help.
Visit the Patient and Family Relations Office, located on the Main Mall, open Monday- Friday from 8am- 5pm, except holidays. Or you can call and leave a confidential voicemail.
Any concerns you share are opportunities for us to address your questions and improve the way we provide care.
