Sara Koury, MSW, LICSW, CEAP

Sara is the Director/Counselor of the DHMC Employee Assistance Program.  A licensed clinical social worker and a certified employee assistance professional, she has provided counsel to physicians, staff and their family members since 1991.  In addition to meeting with individuals and groups, she occasionally does workshops, and consults with administrators and supervisors about employee problems, and/or issues impacting departments and sections. During times of organizational change, increased stress, and critical incidents, she is available to spend time in departments and sections.  A native of the Upper Valley, Sara lives in Lebanon and participates in community service organizations locally and in El Salvador.

Steve is a Counselor in the DHMC Employee Assistance Program and a licensed clinical and consulting psychologist.  Prior to joining the EAP staff in 2009, Steve worked in private practice. He has provided assessment and therapeutic services in the Upper Valley since 1989, working with individuals (adults and adolescents), families and couples.  He has expertise in the areas of relationships and parenting concerns; addictions, anxiety and depression; learning styles and difficulties. 

 

Steve lives with his wife and two daughters in Hartford, VT.


Lynda Merriam, BPS

Lynda is the Administrative Assistant at the DHMC Employee Assistance Program.  Starting at Dartmouth in 1971, Lynda has been working with employee assistance programs since 1985.  She is a native of the Upper Valley, and in her spare time, she volunteers at local animal organizations.
