Hours

  • The DHMC office is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
  • As needed, appointments with counselors may be scheduled for times other than during office hours

Location

The DHMC Assistance Program office is located on Level 3 at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. 

  • Go in the Main Entrance and turn right at the Information Desk.
  • Take the first door on the right (into the area marked "Board Room, Conference Center, Auditorium A-D").
  • Once inside, go to the left through the double doors.  Have a seat in the waiting area.

If an employee/family member is not comfortable being seen in the EAP office, a counselor can arrange to meet elsewhere at the Medical Center or at an office off site.
