Stipends
Stipend levels are paid commensurate with the responsibility of the training position. All residents and fellows training in the same program level are paid the same stipend level.

Policies
The DHMC 2009-10 Red Book (PDF) of Policies and Procedures for House Staff outlines all basic institutional regulations governing residency and fellowship positions within DHMC and is considered part of the Resident/Fellow Agreement of Appointment.
