How to Find Us
The Pink Smock Shop is an inviting, attractive shop with a wide variety of affordable merchandise. You will find balloons, toys and games for all ages, stuffed animals and hand puppets, many styles of jewelry, an almost complete line of Vera Bradley items, baby clothes, greeting cards, Red Sox logo items, gourmet food items, sundries, disposable cameras, unusual clothing items, gifts for the home—and candy!
Our nonprofit gift shop—a program of Volunteer Services—is served by 60+ DHMC Auxiliary Volunteer cashiers and buyers. Carletta Nevers is the staff person who manages the shop.
Our mission is to support the needs of patients, visitors, and staff. After expenses each year, our shop gives an average of $300,000 to the medical center. These Auxiliary Gifts to departments and programs are used to purchase equipment and to support services for patients.
