STAR's mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of teens with chronic health conditions and the families who support them in their transition to adulthood. STAR has moved to, and become a formal program of, the Special Needs Support Center (SNSC) in Lebanon, NH. SNSC has supported families in the Upper Valley Region for close to thirty years and is led by Philip Eller, MA, Executive Director. STAR and SNSC have worked together over the past five months to plan and carry out the move of STAR into SNSC including returning to a Program Coordinator and Program Assistant staffing model.
