STAR (Steps Toward Adult Responsibility)

STAR's mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of teens with chronic health conditions and the families who support them in their transition to adulthood.

STAR is a formal program of the Special Needs Support Center (SNSC) in Lebanon, NH.

SNSC has supported families in the Upper Valley Region for close to thirty years and is led by Philip Eller, MA, Executive Director.
