Functional Restoration Program Location
The Functional Restoration Program is held in Rehabilitation Medicine at DHMC in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
The best entrance to use is the main entrance (Level 3), turn left at the rotunda, and then go to the reception area at 3R (PDF) next to the bank.
The resources of the Spine Center in combination with Rehabilitation Medicine provide complete on-site services including a physical therapy gym, patient day room, conference and teaching rooms, and one-to-one counseling space. Members of the Spine Center team facilitate the Functional Restoration Program.
