Pediatric Gastroenterology is a comprehensive program serving children with disorders such as inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, home intravenous nutrition dependence, functional GI syndromes, and neuromuscular disorders. Improving functional status is a priority. The philosophy of the program is to involve the community physician in the diagnostic evaluation and ongoing long-term care of the children.
