Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Team

The Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Team provides assessment and treatment of conditions that affect how you move and function. Our goal is to non-surgically improve your quality of life by restoring maximum function that was lost due to injury, illness, or disabling conditions. We treat both pediatric and adult patients.

All appointments with us must be made by referral. Please have your treating physician contact us at (603) 650-6330 to ensure you are scheduled with the most appropriate provider.
