The mission of the Spine Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock is to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that is cost effective, convenient, and timely for patients with complex spine conditions. Patient Progress
We measure our patients' progress by asking them to complete a survey on their initial visit and by repeating the survey on any return visits that are more than three weeks apart. This process is part of our outcome measurement which we integrate into outcome management to improve clinical care at all levels. This information helps us to refine patient care and services.
DHMC Spine Center also seeks the involvement and support of employers and insurers in our continuing effort to improve patient care.
