Together, we are Transforming Medicine! Gifts and grants totaling more than $29 million made the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007, a record-breaking fundraising year for Dartmouth Medical School and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, with over 25,000 donors participating. All contributions to the Medical School and the Medical Center support the Transforming Medicine Campaign. While the Campaign's financial goal is to raise $250 million by the end of 2009, its broader goal is to advance health care through education, research, and the improvement of clinical practice. The enthusiastic response we have received from our philanthropic community is a testament to the confidence our donors have in our ability to achieve this goal. We are profoundly grateful to our patients, friends, alumni, and faculty for their unwavering commitment and continuous generosity.
