The Community Health Center (CHC) is located in the Hanover East Complex on Buck Road in Hanover. We provide comprehensive medical care to the entire family, including infants and the elderly. Such care includes:

  • Preventive medicine such as physical exams, immunizations, and routine screenings

  • Treatment of short-term injuries or illnesses, and chronic illnesses like diabetes

  • Care for women during pregnancy and childbirth

  • Nutritional counseling, physical therapy, and other special programs

As a patient of the CHC, you will select one of our staff physicians to be your family doctor (primary care provider, or PCP). Your PCP will manage your care. When he or she is not immediately available, you will be cared for by another member of your care team.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday, 9:00 am to noon.
